Key Responsibilities:
Performance-Driven Digital Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Bing, Baidu) to boost brand awareness and attract high-quality leads.
- Continuously refine ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Implement retargeting and audience segmentation strategies to enhance ad relevance and performance.
Social Media Growth & Engagement
- Develop and execute global social media strategies (LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Line, WeChat) to strengthen brand authority and engagement.
- Optimize content strategy based on data insights to increase organic reach and follower growth.
- Create compelling content formats (videos, infographics, industry insights) to captivate audiences.
Website Optimization & SEO Enhancement
- Continuously improve website SEO, UX, and conversion rates.
- Implement technical and on-page SEO optimizations to drive organic traffic.
- Collaborate with development and design teams to enhance site speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall performance.
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and layouts to boost open and click-through rates.
- Align email marketing with brand awareness and lead generation strategies.
- Build automated lead-nurturing workflows to drive conversions.
Lead Generation & Integrated Brand Marketing
- Align digital marketing efforts with global branding and lead acquisition goals.
- Support regional teams in localizing global strategies while maintaining brand consistency.
- Execute account-based marketing (ABM) to target strategic accounts with personalized engagement.
Data-Driven Optimization & Reporting
- Analyze digital marketing performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Optimize campaigns in real-time based on data and trends.
- Deliver monthly performance reports with clear improvement recommendations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
- Proven expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, tools, and platforms.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation (HubSpot), analytics (Google Analytics), and social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, X, WeChat, Line).
- Experience managing paid ads on Google, Bing, and Baidu.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, website management, and content optimization.
- B2B marketing background (experience in industrial automation or logistics is a plus).
- Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Fluent in English (proficiency in Chinese or Japanese is a plus).
