What This Role Offers:

• Real-World Finance Experience: Work alongside a professional finance team across core areas such as management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and automotive finance processes.
• Exposure to Commercial Operations: Collaborate closely with the sales and aftersales departments, gaining insight into how financial decisions drive business performance.
• Mentorship & Training: Learn directly from senior finance professionals with ongoing development and potential for industry-recognised qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, QFA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily finance operations and monthly management accounts
• Support analysis of sales, profitability, and financial performance
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure accurate transactions
• Contribute to budget planning and cost control
• Help maintain compliance and reporting standards in line with company policy

About You:

• Recent graduate or final year student in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics
• Minimum 2:1 degree classification (or expected)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced commercial environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tools an advantage
