We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic and Packaging Designer to join our AYC Team. You'll design visually appealing packaging for our chocolates, snacks, sweets, and other confectionery products. Your designs will help showcase our brand's personality and products, driving customer engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Design packaging concepts for various products, including chocolates, snacks, and sweets
- Create visually appealing and cohesive brand designs across product lines
- Develop and implement design strategies that meet brand objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and production
- Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, consumer preferences, and industry developments
- Perform related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience with 3D design and packaging prototyping
- Knowledge of sustainable packaging solutions
- Familiarity with design software like Sketch, Figma, or CAD
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the food or packaging industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
