Overview:
Job Summary
As a Graphic Design (Digital) - Designer, you will be responsible for executing high level design for both digital and print materials. You will need to be able to handle a fast-paced work environment and be able to manage multiple deliverables at once. This position requires someone who has a strong design sense and is technically proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
This is an exciting role and would entail you to
- Utilize branding guidelines to ensure accuracy of design is kept for each client
- Take direction from supervisor on projects and daily tasks
- Properly save files within our online server system
- Execute specific marked-up changes within the material such as flashcards, leave behinds, banner ads, emails, websites and videos
- Resize approved materials as needed (journal ads, banner ads, emails for mobile)
- Handle the final production of jobs and deliver to vendors/internal developers
- Understand agency processes as they apply to timelines, routes and deliverables
- Troubleshoot and flex within the role as needed
- Handle high volume of projects from different clients

Our global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our team of talented and designers to deliver high-quality services.
Knowledge skills and abilities
- Has 3-5 years of digital design at an advertising agency or in a similar environment (history in healthcare is not required).
- Strong designer with the ability to run with brand guidelines and build out tactics to help support billable assignments.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PPT is required.
- Should be able to support with routing and reviewing, updating files, and developing creative work based on previous materials and brand guidelines
- Presents a strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of digital projects.
- Strong written communication, and extensive experience working with development teams.
- Detail-focused, goal-oriented, and well organized.
- Collaborate with multiple teams such as UX, copywriters, art directors, and developers every step of the way.
Bonus nice to have's
- Healthcare/Pharma/MedTech experience
- After Effects / Video experience
- Concepting skills
Experience with launch brands
Qualifications:
This may be the right role for you if you have:
- 3-5 Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and at least one year of relevant work experience
- Or a minimum of three to four years of related experience and/or training
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
