Responsibilities:
- Develop visually compelling graphics for various marketing campaigns, social media platforms, print materials, and digital assets, catering to a multi cultural audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product teams, to understand design requirements and deliver design solutions that align with our brand guidelines and objectives.
- Ensure designs are culturally sensitive and resonate with the target audience in different regions.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve design quality and creativity.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative designs.
- Excellent proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of visual communication principles, typography, and layout design.
- Ability to adapt design styles and elements to cater to different cultures and preferences.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for staying at the forefront of design trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to handle constructive feedback to refine designs.
