Job Title: Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
• Design graphics, layouts, and visual assets for social media, web, email campaigns, and marketing materials
• Create branded templates for posts, stories, ads, and promotional assets
• Ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms
Social Media Content Support
• Develop creative assets aligned with social media strategies
• Adapt designs for different formats (Reels covers, carousel posts, banners, thumbnails, etc.)
• Work closely with marketing or content teams to align messaging and visuals
Branding & Creative Development
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines
• Assist in campaign concepts and visual direction
• Support with presentations, brochures, PDFs, and promotional materials
Collaboration & Execution
• Work independently while managing multiple projects
• Deliver work within deadlines
• Provide revisions based on feedback
Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of graphic design experience (preferably digital and social media focused)
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Canva
• Understanding of composition, typography, colour theory, and layout
• Ability to design for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Salary- 20-23k (4 hours)
