About the role: (Graphic Designer ) Dosti Global Inc. is seeking a Graphic Designer who is well-versed in developing dynamic and compelling graphics to work with our US client. The candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their illustration, Figma, and web design expertise. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in creating visually appealing and engaging designs first be able to create graphics that can capture the attention of online audiences and communicate the message effectively.

Good to Have:
Eligibility : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in illustration, Figma, and web design. Proficient in using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensuring delivery of high-quality and original artwork
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on project requirements
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images as per client/ manager feedback
- Suggesting and making creative alterations to projects
- Should be detail oriented and check artworks for errors
- Conceptualise graphics and designs based on client requirements
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software
- Use appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Highly self-motivated to work in a creatively challenging atmosphere
- Must be available as per the client's working hours
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user-centred design methodologies is a plus.
- Links to online platforms such as Behance, Drive, or similar, where additional design work can be viewed.
