Summary / Objective
We’re seeking a Graphic Artist with a sharp eye for design and a strong grasp of visual storytelling across digital platforms. This role requires someone who can conceptualize and execute sophisticated, high-impact visuals that elevate the TYR brand across Paid Social Media, Organic Social, Email Marketing, E-commerce, and Brand Partner Channels (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled visual communicator with an elevated design aesthetic and the ability to make bold, strategic, creative decisions. They are a proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and ownership of deliverables, and a reliable team player who can also work independently. They welcome constructive feedback and iterate efficiently. With a deep obsession for detail, they skillfully wield color, composition, balance, typography, and layout to bring compelling visuals to life.
Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Conceptualize and design high-quality graphics for: Paid and organic social media campaigns, Email marketing campaigns, On-site banners and product visuals for TYR.com, A+ content and enhanced brand pages for retail partners (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
- Translate internal briefs, references, and inspiration into polished, effective visuals that align with TYR’s brand identity.
- Execute layouts that balance strong image selection, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Perform basic photo retouching and visual clean-up when needed.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, ecomm, and creative teams to meet campaign objectives and deadlines.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic Marketing department and can handle adversity.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong photo editing and retouching skills
- Experience creating assets for paid social, ecomm, email, and marketplace platforms
- Working knowledge of A+ content best practices for Amazon and similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- A killer portfolio that showcases sophisticated, bold, and modern design work
- Experience working with athletic or performance brands is a plus
- Motion graphics and/or video editing skills are a plus
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for e-commerce is a plus
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Graphic Design, or a similar field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital design, ideally in fitness, fashion, or activewear
