As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who lives and breathes Gen Z aesthetics and can bring our vision to life across social media, our website, and all digital marketing channels. Location: Bangalore (onsite) Salary: 5-6 LPA Role Overview: As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be the creative force behind Shakti brandz's visual identity. Your work will span social media graphics, website banners, email visuals, and campaign assets—all tailored to speak directly to our Gen Z audience. We need someone with a keen eye for emerging trends, a love for innovative design, and the ability to capture attention and make Mintobay stand out on every platform. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Content Creation: Design engaging graphics, GIFs, animations, and short videos that are thumb-stopping on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Website & Digital Banners: Create dynamic website banners, pop-ups, and landing page graphics that enhance user experience and drive product engagement. Campaign Visuals: Lead the design for major campaigns and product launches, creating cohesive visuals that include email graphics, social media assets, and web elements. Brand Identity Development: Maintain and evolve Mintobay’s brand aesthetic, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all digital touchpoints. Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay on top of digital design trends and Gen Z aesthetics, bringing fresh ideas that align with Mintobay’s brand voice and style. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and retail teams to ensure that all design elements align with brand strategy and marketing objectives. Asset Management: Develop a well-organized library of assets, templates, and guidelines to streamline the creative process. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in the fashion or lifestyle industry with a strong focus on Gen Z audiences. A stellar portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of Gen Z aesthetics, emphasizing social media and campaign design. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch. Motion graphics and animation experience are a big plus. Strong understanding of social media trends and the ability to design for various platforms. Keen attention to detail, color, typography, and layout, focusing on brand consistency.
