We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including print, digital, packaging, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout, typography, and color theory, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce visual content for print and digital platforms, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, posters, banners, email graphics, and social media assets.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop creative solutions that meet project objectives.
- Prepare final artwork for production, including print-ready files and digital assets.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept through execution.
- Maintain and organize graphic files, including logos, images, and final designs.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design and visual communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across multiple media.
- Excellent understanding of layout, color, typography, and print production.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere).
- Knowledge of branding and visual identity development.
