About the Role
We are seeking a highly versatile and creative Graphics & Multimedia Specialist to act as a one-person creative powerhouse. This role is ideal for someone who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on designer with expertise in graphic design, UI/UX, branding, product design, video editing, motion graphics, NFT art, and digital content for web3 and crypto communities.
You will be responsible for end-to-end visual content creation across digital platforms—including web, mobile, social media, and crypto/web3 channels—as well as product, accessory, and NFT design. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently converting ideas and content into visually compelling designs, without needing creative assistance or constant supervision. Collaboration with teams will be essential for gathering inputs, but the execution must be driven by your own creative expertise and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging 2D graphics for marketing materials, social media creatives, and brand collateral
Design intuitive UI/UX for websites and mobile apps, including wireframes and prototypes
Develop logos, brand identities, and digital assets
Create infographics, banners, emailers, Google and Meta ads
Convert provided ideas and content into high-quality, on-brand visual designs independently
Design motion graphics, reels, shorts, and other short-form content for social media
Edit and produce professional-quality videos, including animations
Develop and animate 3D models and visualizations
Occasionally contribute to digital patterns and accessory design
Design and develop digital or physical products and merchandise, including packaging, mockups, and prototypes
Maintain organized and accessible design files and assets
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Web3, NFT & Crypto Token-Specific Graphics:
Create engaging memes and viral graphics tailored for web3, NFT, and crypto communities
Design custom Telegram stickers representing token mascots, NFT characters, brand identities, and community culture
Develop animated group intro videos and GIFs for Telegram/Discord groups and token launches
Design and animate token purchase flows (explainers, step-by-step visuals, and micro-animations)
Create original NFT art and collections, including concept, design, and preparation for minting on blockchain platforms
Produce attention-grabbing YouTube thumbnails for crypto, NFT, and token-related content and streams
Branding & Guidelines:
Develop, document, and maintain a comprehensive brand book, including brand guidelines, color palettes, typography, logo usage, and visual identity standards for both general and web3/crypto/NFT-specific branding
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or related field
2–5+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia content creation, and UI/UX design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Experience with motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, and video editing
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, CorelDraw
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with AI tools for design and content creation (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, etc.)
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and time-management capabilities
Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of creative execution from idea to delivery
Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with HTML/CSS , responsive design, and accessibility standards
Experience with mobile-first design and optimization for social platforms
Understanding of marketing and branding principles
