Key Responsibilities:


  • Account Management & Business Development:
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients across retail and rural sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Strategic Campaign Planning:
  • Develop and execute high-impact Retail/ rural project with defined SOP.
  • Leverage local insights, consumer data, and market trends to drive campaign effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams including creative, operations, and analytics to deliver seamless on-ground activations.
  • Ensure timely execution and measurable outcomes for all campaigns.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 6-8 years of experience in client servicing or business development, preferably in activation / events and rural advertising.
  • Strong understanding of rural marketing dynamics and regional consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
