We are expanding rapidly across India and global markets, and are seeking an experienced Supply Chain leader to drive cost efficiency, vendor excellence, and operational scalability.
Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on SCM Head with exceptional procurement and negotiation skills to lead our Procurement, Vendor Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain functions. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, process-driven, and experienced in electronics, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end supply chain operations – sourcing, procurement, inventory, logistics, and dispatch.
• Develop cost-effective procurement strategies aligned with quality and delivery benchmarks.
• Lead vendor evaluation, negotiation, and long-term partnership management.
• Optimize material planning and coordination between production, engineering, and BD teams.
• Implement ERP-based SCM systems for real-time visibility and cost control.
• Manage domestic and export logistics (PAN-India, overseas).
• Build and lead a high-performance SCM team with measurable KPIs.
Desired Profile
• Education: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics; MBA in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.
• Experience: 10–15 years in SCM/Procurement within manufacturing, electronics, or infrastructure.
• Proven record in hard-core negotiation, vendor development, and cost optimization.
• Familiarity with ISO/BIS processes, project-based procurement, and ERP tools.
