JOB DESCRIPTION
General/ Overall Job Purpose:
In collaboration with HR Manager, the Human Resources Admin manages the HR day-to-day functions of the organization, strategically planning valuable HR strategies and subsequently implementing them. The HR Executive's responsibilities further include directing and overseeing hiring, training, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and records management & documentation archiving.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, and talent acquisition plans and strategies.
- Implement performance review procedures and systems.
- Design and administer compensation and benefits programs, health plans, and retirement plans.
- Develop HR strategic policies and procedures, in collaboration with CHRO.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Manage employees' grievances.
- Manage HRIS and employee data information.
- Oversee the daily operations of HR and staff.
- Participate in the preparation of the Human Resources budget.
- Assist the CHRO in the preparation of periodic reports as required.
- Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
- Coordinate with all departments regarding Human Resources-related activities.
- Prepare HR Circulars & Memorandums and other company-related announcements as per CHRO advice.
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
- Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Department.
- Perform other functions that may be instructed by the CHRO from time to time.

Job Specifications
Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management is required.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in an HR role for a similar and equivalent role.
