Position Summary:
The HR & Admin Executive will handle both human resources operations and office/administrative functions. He/She will ensure smooth HR lifecycle (recruitment to exit), maintain compliance with labour laws, manage office facilities & vendor relationships, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Functions:
- End-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, offer issuance, onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR database, attendance & leave tracking.
- Support performance management, training, employee engagement activities.
- Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESI, labour laws, contract renewals.
- Handle exit formalities including exit interviews and full & final settlements.
Admin & Facility Functions:
- Oversee office/facility operations: housekeeping, security, transport, inventory, vendor management.
- Travel and logistics coordination for employees, meetings, events.
- Manage infrastructure maintenance, record equipment/assets, vendor contracts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PG Diploma in HR preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR & Admin roles (depending on seniority).
- Good knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and administrative processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and ideally HRMS/HRIS tools.
- Ability to multitask, handle confidential information and work with minimal supervision.
