Role & Responsibilities
The purpose of this position is to accurately maintain a detailed and organized master data with internal company information
Conduct periodic audits of HR processes and records to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Work with various workforce analytics systems for productivity management, including EMP Monitor, Activtrack, etc..
Collaborate with HR Manager to design and implement studies, analyze data, and provide recommendations based on results
Support HR and Legal projects by providing relevant data and analysis Generate reports to support the HR and Legal teams
This role will be knowledgeable on the pre-hire, hire and transfer processes so they are able to process and assist on any questions that arise from the business areas
Ensure the security and integrity of HR data through regular audits and maintenance
This position will complete specific verifications for employee productivity management
Collaborate with HR team members to implement corrective actions and improve compliance
Weekly processing of master data actions (Hire/ Rehires, Transfers, Pay Rates, Direct Deposit, Name, and Address).
Analyzing and completing verbal and written verification of employment requests
Conduct interview debriefs and drives hiring decisions
Ask questions that provide insight into the candidate experience while keeping them engaged and challenged; Thinks outside the box!
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills
Successful track of hiring top talent
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/HRIS function
Strong understanding of HR operations, processes and data, including condition rules and business processes to ensure correct implementation.
Ability to organize and prioritize including the ability to handle a high volume of work accurately and efficiently
Understanding of applicable employment related laws and regulations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information
Excellent human relations skills (the ability to work well with others and be a team player in a positive manner)
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
