Job Title: HR Executive – Recruitment & Employee Relations

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team and support key HR functions, primarily in talent acquisition and employee relations. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, and maintaining a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer rollout.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and job portals to source suitable candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and feedback mechanisms.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records and documentation.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover trends.
General HR Support
- Maintain HR MIS and recruitment dashboards for reporting.
- Contribute to process improvements within the HR function.
- Support performance review processes and training initiatives, as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office .
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-departmental environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
