Role Overview
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and HR operations across the showroom and support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment: sourcing, interviews, onboarding, induction.
- Maintain HR operations: attendance, leave records, and employee queries.
- Handle payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and documentation.
- Drive training and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support performance reviews and HR reporting.
Ideal Profile
- 8+ years of HR experience (retail or customer-facing industries preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of payroll and compliance is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22, ₹28,000.00 per month
