Job Description:
We are hiring an HR Generalist with 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate should have strong communication skills in English and hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, recruitment, and overall HR generalist functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Handling PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance
- Managing employee relations and HR operations
- Leave, attendance, and payroll coordination
- Supporting management in HR policy implementation
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setup
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Good command over written and spoken English
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently
