Role: Full-time HR Generalist Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai
Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist for one of our client, a leading BPO company based in Mahape. This full-time, on-site position involves managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits and benefits administration, and handling day-to-day HR tasks. The role will provide support to both employees and management, ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement HR policies and procedures
• Administer employee benefits and benefits programs
• Handle day-to-day HR functions and support
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and policies
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
• Provide excellent communication and interpersonal support

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Experience in HR management and administration
• Familiarity with HR policies and regulations
• Understanding of employee benefits and administration
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Weekly Offs: Sunday
• Compensation: Up to ₹3.0 lakhs per annum
