Role Description
This is a full-time on-site HR Generalist role based in Mumbai. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including overseeing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling benefits administration. Daily tasks will include recruiting, onboarding, managing HR records, and implementing HR initiatives to support company goals and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Maintain HR policies, employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with leadership on manpower planning and organizational development.
- Support performance management processes and training initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
