Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, and supporting all hiring needs. This role requires someone who can effectively balance recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and operational processes to maintain an efficient and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding process for STEM OPT candidates, including documentation, E-Verify, I-983 form coordination, and DSO communication.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and databases.
- Support HR compliance activities related to US employment laws and internal policies.
- Handle offer letters, experience letters, reliving letters, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate with payroll and immigration teams to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all HR data and communication.
- Coordinate and assist in sourcing candidates for the India team based on internal requirements.
- Manage initial screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Support offer rollout and onboarding for selected candidates.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of STEM OPT process, E-Verify, and US HR documentation will be a strong Advantage.
- Strong understanding of HR procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
