Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and selection process
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support payroll processing and attendance management
Handle employee queries and grievances
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Organize employee engagement activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Office and HR software tools
