About the Role
We are looking for an HR Generalist with a strong focus on hiring and recruitment. This role will be primarily responsible for attracting, sourcing, and onboarding the right talent to support our growing business needs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring and the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while ensuring a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating feedback.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Use various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals) to attract candidates.
- Negotiate offers and close positions within defined timelines.
- Onboarding & Induction
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and induction for new hires.
- Ensure smooth transition of new employees into the organization.
- HR Operations Support (minor role)
- Maintain updated employee records and recruitment dashboards.
- Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation).
- Provide support in basic HR processes as needed.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹15, ₹41,785.64 per month
