"HR Generalist" - Female

We are looking to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and implementing HR policies to foster a positive work environment.


Responsibilities: -

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and resume screening to conducting interviews and extending offers. Facilitate new employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the company.


Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and issues. Mediate conflicts, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on company policies. #Performance Management: Assist in the implementation and administration of performance review cycles. Help managers and employees understand the performance management process. Appraisals and rewards.


Payroll Management: It involves calculating and disbursing employee wages, managing tax withholdings and deductions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate payroll records #Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.


Training & Development: Identify training needs and help coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.


Compliance & Administration: Ensure all HR activities comply with federal, state, and local labor laws. Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports.


Location : Porur (near toll plaza)

Industry : Electronics (IT)

Working Days : 5 Days

Qualifications & Skills


* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.

* In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

* Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite. * A high degree of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
