The HR Manager is the person appointed and delegated by the Project Director to manage the human resources of the projects.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the recruitment, employment, orientation, on boarding, compensation and benefits, issuing of employment contracts, time and attendance, training and development, performance evaluation, termination, union and other HR stakeholders, in compliance with Acciona’s Code of conduct, equal employment opportunity policies, local laws and regulations.
- Management of labor relations taking corresponding disciplinary measures as per local law.
- To update HR Policies and Procedures monitoring its compliance by employees and subcontractors, in alignment with the local laws and regulations.
- Applying company Policy and coordinate with Acciona Industrial HR department.
- To support to the HQ in processing all immigration permits for Foreign National employees.
- Being the custodian of work benefits standards scale, enacting the general guidelines with respect to the benefits scale and making recommendations to the Project Director and Acciona Industrial HR department.
- Payroll management of the local hired employees in coordination with our payroll provider.
- Keeping HR Software (Workday) updated with all the movements of the staff (new hires and terminations).
- To record and update organizational chart as changes occur.
Education:
- Bachelor in Psychology, Law or Business Administration or similar.
- Master in Human Resources Management will be highly valued.
Experience:
- 10 - 15 years operational experience in the field of HR.
- Good knowledge of local labor law and previous experience managing industrial relations.
- International experience will be highly valued.
- Experience in Infrastructure Industry will be highly considered.
Personal skills:
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Ability to cooperate with different stakeholders.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
