About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee our human resource operations, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, a thorough understanding of HR policies and labor laws, and strong operational and analytical skills — especially in Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
Manage HR operations: attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records
Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws
Handle employee engagement, performance management, and grievance redressal
Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports using advanced Excel
Support audits, statutory compliance, and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in any related field.
Must have HR experience in Telesales/BPO Industry.
3+ years of HR experience, especially in recruitment and operations
Strong understanding of HR policies and labor law compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
