About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition efforts for IT and Non-IT roles across various domains like Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc for hiring in India. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates who possess the skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Role & Responsibilities:
Write and post job descriptions pertaining to the open positions.
Source potential candidates on platforms, like LinkedIn, Naukri and Database.
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT and Non-IT resumes.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants abilities.
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions).
Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work.
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and conducting initial interviews.
Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
Keep up to date with new technological trends and products.
Requirement:
Experience: 1 to 3 Years of experience as a Recruiter will be considered.
Education: MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Phone, Microsoft Teams and F2F).
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for both IT and Non-IT roles.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
