Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented IT/Non-IT Recruiters to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Client Interaction: Understand clients' hiring needs and collaborate to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and current information.
Negotiation: Discuss job offers, salary packages, and other employment terms with candidates, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, candidate status, and market trends to management.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience: 0.6-1 years of experience in recruitment;
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with recruitment software and job portals is a plus.
Knowledge: Understanding of various industries and job roles; knowledge of IT technologies is a plus for IT recruitment roles.
