Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring from job requisition to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Source candidates via internal referrals, job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, schedule and coordinate further interviews.
Handle reference and background checks, extend offer letters, and manage onboarding.
Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data using the ATS and provide reports on hiring progress and metrics.
Qualifications-
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience,
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
