We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Blue-Collar Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar workforce across various industries. The ideal candidate should have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for blue-collar roles.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and client requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Develop partnerships with training centers, ITIs, and local institutes.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
- Track hiring metrics and share reports with management.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 13 years of experience in blue-collar or volume hiring.
- Strong networking skills with ITIs and training institutes.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Ability to handle bulk recruitment within tight deadlines.
