Position: HR Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Handle sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the selection process.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in Bulk Hiring.
- Experience in BFSI or Logistics hiring will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
