Job description:
- Experience handling end to end recruitment and ensures vacancies are filled within stipulated time using the most effective and cost-efficient method of sourcing
- Source CV's from Naukri, or other channels such as referral, social media, etc.
- Coordinate with manager and make sure positions closed on time.
- Conducting Background Verification for employees
- Execution of well-planned induction programs
- Tracks staff movement, attrition and vacancies
- Other Generalist activities.
Key Skills:
- 3-8 years of relevant work experience in recruitment
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Good Interpersonal relations skills
- Problem-solving and Analytical skills
- Good expertise on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
