Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Domestic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for IT positions within the Indian market. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with sourcing strategies, job portals, and market trends across various IT skills and domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (permanent/contract) in the domestic market
- Understand hiring requirements and source candidates accordingly
- Use job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, and other sources to identify talent
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess technical fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients or internal hiring teams
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Manage offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Ensure timely closures of positions within defined SLAs
Required Skills:
- 13 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment
- Good knowledge of technologies like Java, .NET, Cloud, SAP, Testing, Data Engineering, etc.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job boards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- MBA in HR is an added advantage
