We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter Intern to support the end-to-end hiring process across various roles within the organization. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, along with maintaining candidate databases and assisting in recruitment-related projects. The ideal candidate will be passionate about recruitment, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of day-to-day HR coordination tasks in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Must have completed Graduation/Post Graduation (BBA/MBA/PGDM in HR or related field)
- Experience: Internship experience in Recruitment/HR preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) and MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Good understanding of hiring processes, sourcing techniques, and interview coordination
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle confidential information professionally
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Draft and post job descriptions across various job portals and social media platforms.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and interest.
Support HR in maintaining records of hiring metrics and recruitment performance reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
Assist in onboarding coordination and documentation for selected candidates.
