Job Title: HR Recruiter Overseas Recruitment
Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment for overseas (GCC) projects.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates based on job requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure smooth documentation.
- Handle visa, medical, and travel-related coordination in collaboration with operations/admin team.
- Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate database for future requirements.
- Ensure timely closures of positions as per project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate with specialization in HR or related field.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in overseas recruitment (Gulf / Middle East projects).
- Familiar with GCC recruitment procedures, trade test coordination, and bulk hiring.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
