About the Role We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter (78 years, Non-IT) to manage end-to-end hiring, build strong talent pipelines, and drive effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with management to understand hiring needs & job requirements.
- Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, Naukri, WorkIndia, Internshala, referrals & networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews (technical/behavioral), and assess cultural fit.
- Manage candidate communication, salary negotiations, and reference checks.
- Oversee smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain talent pipelines & share recruitment MIS with management.
Requirements
- Graduate in HR/Business (preferred).
- 7–8 years' Non-IT recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing, communication & negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable & excellent in time management.
