About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Recruiter with hands-on experience in Semiconductor Technology hiring to join our team on a 3-month contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in end-to-end technical recruitment, excellent sourcing skills, and familiarity with industry-specific talent pools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for semiconductor and related technology roles (e.g., VLSI, Embedded Systems, ASIC, RTL, Verification, Physical Design, etc.).
- Source and screen candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and other platforms.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and pipeline updates.
- Meet defined hiring timelines and quality targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 13 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on semiconductor or VLSI domain.
- Proficient in Boolean search, LinkedIn, Naukri, and job portal sourcing.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and related job roles.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site (WFO) environment in Hyderabad.
Contract Details
- Type: 3 Months Contract (extendable based on performance and project needs)
- Work Mode: Work from Office Hyderabad.
