Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience to join
our growing team. You'll help build high-impact teams across Business and Engineering, while actively influencing our recruitment strategy during our growth phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles (inside sales, field sales, leadership) as well as other business or tech positions when required.
- Source candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), talent communities, vendor partners, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update hiring data, trackers, and reports.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Manage offer roll-outs, negotiations, and pre-onboarding engagement.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency); SaaS or startup experience is a plus.
- Strong hands-on experience in domestic hiring across business and technical roles.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize work effectively.
- A people-first mindset and passion for finding great talent.
