Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience to join

our growing team. You'll help build high-impact teams across Business and Engineering, while actively influencing our recruitment strategy during our growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles (inside sales, field sales, leadership) as well as other business or tech positions when required.
  • Source candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), talent communities, vendor partners, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update hiring data, trackers, and reports.
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and timelines.
  • Manage offer roll-outs, negotiations, and pre-onboarding engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency); SaaS or startup experience is a plus.
  • Strong hands-on experience in domestic hiring across business and technical roles.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize work effectively.
  • A people-first mindset and passion for finding great talent.
