Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define job specifications.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/functional interview schedules.
- Maintain recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and databases.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.
- Support other HR functions such as employee engagement, training & development and compliance when required.
- Travelling to our branch offices at required time.
