Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment along with key HR operational tasks. The role involves managing employee engagement activities, maintaining HR documentation, and supporting expense and attendance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support HR operations such as attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Track and process employee reimbursements and expense claim
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining compliance documentation
