Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end internal recruitment for healthcare roles across the organization
Source, headhunt, and engage talent using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other portals
Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain long-term talent relationships
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to fulfill business needs
Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
Preferred candidate profile 2 to 6 years of experience in internal recruitment, preferably in healthcare
Strong sourcing, headhunting, and negotiation skills
Ability to handle volume hiring as well as leadership roles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Target-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude
