We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding operations, and building a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for finding and engaging top talent.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen profiles to evaluate candidate fit based on job requirements.
- Maintain and update a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Proactively identify talent gaps and suggest sourcing strategies.
2. Recruitment & Coordination
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates experience, skills, and suitability.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate assessments, tests, and panel interviews as needed.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
3. Onboarding & Operational Activities
- Manage onboarding processes including document collection, background verification initiation, and system entry.
- Prepare offer letters, share onboarding instructions, and ensure smooth joining for new hires.
- Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Admin, Payroll, etc.) for seamless onboarding logistics.
- Maintain records and track onboarding status for all new joiners.
4. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports for weekly/monthly reviews.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Support HR operational tasks as required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations (preferred).
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, ATS platforms, and recruitment tools.
