Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing all aspects of human resources management. Day-to-day tasks will include recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
