II. Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Placement:

Responsible for recruitment in the European region, including but not limited to operations, sales, city manager positions, etc.

Analyze recruitment needs, develop recruitment strategies, and find suitable candidates through various channels.

Organize interviews, evaluate candidates, ensure the efficiency and compliance of the recruitment process.

Build and maintain a talent pool for the long-term development of the company.

Compensation and Benefits Management:

Design compensation plans for overseas staff in Europe, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.

Review and adjust the compensation structure, optimize the compensation system.

Monitor market compensation trends and provide recommendations for adjustments.

Employee Relations Management:

Manage visa and identity information for overseas staff in Europe, ensuring legal and compliant employment.

Assist in handling employee relations issues, improve employee satisfaction.

Organize employee activities to enhance team cohesion.

Human Resource Planning:

Participate in the company’s strategic planning, develop medium and long-term human resource plans.

Analyze human resource data, provide decision support for management.

Training and Development:

Responsible for the training and development of employees in the European region, enhancing overall employee quality.

Develop training plans, organize internal and external training resources, evaluate training effectiveness.

Performance Management:

Build and improve the performance management system in the European region.

Implement performance evaluations, follow up on performance improvement plans.


III. Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related fields.

Work Experience: At least 5 years of human resources experience, with at least 3 years in the European region.

Legal Knowledge: Familiar with local labor laws and regulations in Europe, ensuring compliance of the company’s human resource policies.

Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures without barriers. Proficiency in other European languages is a plus. Mandarin Chinese is required.

Professional Skills: Excellent abilities in recruitment, compensation and benefits management, employee relations management.

Comprehensive Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills, stress resistance, and team collaboration spirit.

Industry Experience: Prior experience in the logistics industry is preferred, able to deeply understand and grasp the recruitment needs and talent characteristics of the logistics industry.

Networking Resources: Those with their own headhunting channels are preferred, having extensive industry connections, able to quickly and effectively find suitable high-end talent.
