Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative partner to hiring managers, a company ambassador to potential hires, and a key player in building a strong employer brand. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of recruiting best practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Sourcing and Screening: Actively source potential candidates using a variety of channels, including social media, professional networks, job boards, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and applications to assess for relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct interviews using various methods (e.g., phone, video, in-person, group interviews) to evaluate candidates. Prepare and administer assessments, tests, and assignments as needed.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the logistics of the entire interview process, from scheduling to providing timely feedback. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Hiring and Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate salary packages, and complete all necessary new hire paperwork. Serve as a consultant to new hires during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR software. Monitor and report on key HR metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
  • Networking and Branding: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future roles. Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company's employer brand.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field a plus.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and techniques.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Sound judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60, $72,000.00 per year
