About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 4+ years of experience in building systems design. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives on technical excellence, sustainable design, and mentoring the next generation of engineers. You’ll lead projects from concept through construction, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative, high-performance mechanical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC load calculations, energy modeling, and system analysis.
- Prepare drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and vendors.
- Conduct site evaluations and oversee construction administration.
- Ensure designs meet codes, client requirements, and project budgets.
- Support proposals with technical scopes and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in mechanical building systems design.
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical codes, interdisciplinary coordination, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
