Salary: €90,000 – €110,000 base + up to 45% bonus + benefits
I'm currently partnering with a global tech leader to find a Hardware Infrastructure Manager to join their Amsterdam-based team. This is a high-impact, full-cycle role overseeing everything from hardware procurement to deployment in data centers across Europe.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the entire hardware lifecycle: from gathering infrastructure requirements to vendor negotiations, manufacturing oversight, logistics, and deployment.
- Collaborating with internal service teams and external vendors (including ODMs).
- Conducting post-deployment analysis to optimize future processes.
- Bridging the “gray area” between hardware handover and platform integration.
What We’re Looking For:
- A full-stack hardware specialist with a background in engineering or data center operations (not software-focused).
- Deep technical knowledge of server components and market trends.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Proactive mindset with solid organizational skills (timelines, diagrams, tracking tools).
- Bonus points for scripting skills (Python/Bash) and Linux experience.
Why This Role?
- Work with a cutting-edge tech environment and influence infrastructure at scale.
- Be part of a globally distributed team with high standards and strong collaboration.
- Competitive compensation package including:
- Quarterly performance bonuses (up to 45% of base)
- 8% holiday allowance
- Pension plan (4%)
- Meal & transport allowance
- Health insurance discount
