Join Our Team as an IT Support Technician (24x7 Operations & Incident Management)
Are you passionate about IT operations and ready to be the first line of defense for critical production systems? We're looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Support Technician to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team. This role is essential to maintaining system stability, ensuring high availability, and providing exceptional support across our European operations.
What You’ll Do
As an IT Support Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our systems run smoothly around the clock. Your responsibilities will include :
- Monitoring of production systems to maintain maximum uptime and performance.
- Incident Management : Quickly detect and escalate system outages, initiate incident bridges, and document incident reports.
- End-User Support : Provide first-level technical support both remotely and on-site for internal users across Europe.
- Microsoft Systems Administration at a basic level.
- Active Directory Management : Create and manage user accounts, groups, and distribution lists.
- Exchange Support : Assist with basic email account administration.
- Cross-Divisional Support : Offer assistance to teams outside the Madrid location.
- Ticketing Tools : Use platforms like Manage Engine and Jira to manage and resolve support requests.
- Phone-Based Technical Support for internal users.
- Infrastructure Awareness : Basic understanding of servers, routers, switches, printers, and workstations.
- Flexible Support Availability : Be available for on-call support and overtime when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with microcomputing hardware and systems.
- A problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours
