Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and business-minded Interior Designer to support our real estate projects by enhancing property aesthetics, functionality, and market value. The ideal candidate will design appealing, cost-effective interiors for residential and/or commercial properties, assist with property staging, and collaborate with development and sales teams to create spaces that attract buyers and elevate the overall brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Design interior concepts for new developments, renovations, and property upgrades to increase market appeal.
- Collaborate with real estate developers, architects, sales teams, and contractors to ensure design solutions align with project goals.
- Prepare space plans, layouts, material boards, and 3D renderings for client and internal presentations.
- Select finishes, furniture, fixtures, and décor that align with budget and target buyer demographics.
- Oversee property staging for show units, model homes, and resale listings to maximize buyer engagement.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and installation of interior elements.
- Create design packages and documentation for contractors, suppliers, and marketing teams.
- Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring design solutions stay within project scope.
- Research industry trends, buyer preferences, and competitive market designs to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate procurement, vendor negotiations, and delivery of materials and furnishings.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience designing for real estate, property development, or staging (preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design tools; rendering experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes relevant to residential/commercial markets.
- Excellent creativity with the ability to design for diverse buyer profiles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with sales, marketing, contractors, and clients.
- Knowledge of building codes and basic construction practices.

Pay: ₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
